These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lebakkens Rent to Own website and services, including our text message program.
SMS / Text Message Terms
Program Description. Lebakkens Rent to Own (“Lebakkens,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS marketing and account-services program. When you provide your mobile phone number to Lebakkens — through our website forms (including applications, promotional sign-ups, contact requests, payment forms, and account creation), in store, or by texting us — you agree to receive recurring marketing, promotional, and account-related text messages from Lebakkens at the number provided.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or rental agreement. You may rent products from Lebakkens without opting in to receive SMS messages.
Message Types. Messages may include but are not limited to:
• Promotional offers and new product alerts
• Special savings on furniture, appliances, electronics, and mattresses
• Reminders about your rental agreement
• Account-related notifications
Sample Messages:
• “Lebakkens: Hi [Name], check out our latest deals on furniture this week! Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
• “Lebakkens: Your rental payment is due soon. Pay online at lebakkensrto.com/onlinepayment or visit your local store. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe.”
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You will receive no more than 8 messages per month under normal program operation.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Lebakkens does not charge for messages, but standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages from Lebakkens at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will stop sending you marketing texts. Your opt-out request will become effective within one day. Help. If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message we send, and we’ll respond with contact information. You may also call us at 715-831-1002.
Your Privacy & Phone. You understand the text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. You should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. No confidential information should be sent via text message. Please notify us immediately if you change mobile numbers or plan to provide your phone to another person.
No Sharing for Third-Party Marketing. Lebakkens will not share your mobile number or text message content with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our SMS program, but those providers are bound by confidentiality and may only use the information to perform services for Lebakkens.
Consent to Contact. You agree and consent to be contacted by Lebakkens, our agents, employees, and affiliates through email, telephone calls, and/or SMS text messages to your cellular, home, or work phone numbers, as well as any other phone number you have provided in connection with your account, including the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, auto dialers, or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
Supported Carriers. Most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These SMS Terms. We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by text message with a link to the updated policy. Continued participation in the program after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may terminate our text message program at any time.
Return Policy
Products that are on an agreement may be returned at any point with no penalty. Contact your local store to facilitate your pick up and/or return the item at a time during our regular hours. All cash sales are final upon delivery. Prior to delivery the item may be changed or canceled.
