The Store Manager is directly responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all rental, accounting, service, and collection activities at the single-store level; to delegate certain elements of each priority to trained employees; to control in-store programs and plans to meet company objectives and assigned store goals; and to organize and conduct a planned program of continuous training for all store employees.

The primary focus of an Assistant Manger is to fine tune the abilities needed to fill the position of the Store Manager. This requires properly managing daily business priorities, providing quality customer service, developing the skills of all store personnel and to act with the authority of the Store Manager in his/her absence. Daily business priorities consist of sales, collections & customer service.

A Delivery Training Manager is responsible for Delivery Specialist duties as well as training new Delivery Specialists and being a great leader for the team.

The Delivery Supervisor (DS) is responsible for the supervision and mastery of deliveries and pickups, completing house visits and leaving pre-made envelopes, refurbishing, helping stock the show floor, and any other tasks which in the opinion of a member of their store’s management team, will benefit the store as a whole. All these are to be done in compliance with the Lebakkens Safety Program.

A Delivery Specialist is responsible for deliveries and pickups, refurbishing, helping stock the show floor, assisting customers, etc. Employees will be expected to assist in moving merchandise such as: living room furniture, refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, ect.
